Meryl Streep, 62 years old, is considered a perfect style icon of the show business. In the shoes of the cynical Miranda, in the famous film “The devil wears Prada”, she has actually reached the top of elegance without getting a fashion victim.
As everyone expected, she appeared at the Golden Globe ceremony to be awarded the prize as “best actress” in “The Iron Lady”. On that occasion she put up a real poor show. A bit excited and confused (she had forgotten her glasses on the table!), the actress used an inappropriate language for the prize-giving. During the customary thank you speech she gave away some colorful expressions which were quickly censored by a beep. The lack of style didn’t pass unnoticed – true class doesn’t allow faux pas.
