It could be strange to connect these two personalities – Mario Monti, the most important political figure of the moment and Belen Rodriguez the most famous and sexiest showgirl in Italy. They are so different between each other, but they seem to have something in common – both of them are very popular and for this reason they are in the highest part of the ranking of the much-sough people on the Web.
According to a recent survey by Web Profile Project, Mario Monti and Belen Rodriguez are at the height of popularity and surprisingly the Prime Minister is first in the top ten (19,4% share), whereas Belen is only the second most “googled” person (14,4%).
While Monti is beating the showgirl, Jovanotti is placed third (7,8%), even though his name is linked to an accident occurred in Trieste, where a young worker died in a collapse before the concert.
Beppe Grillo is eighth; apart from this exception, the rest of the top ten is chock-a-block with big names of the show business, such as Madonna, the showman Fiorello and the Italian singer Laura Pausini.
